This class provides an overview of U.S. government export control regulations and how they impact Duke. The export of goods and technology are regulated by various U.S. government agencies, including the Departments of Commerce, Treasury, and State. Key topics to be addressed include physical exports, deemed exports, financial considerations, international travel, and sanctioned countries.
