This virtual course provides instruction on using web tools found in the Duke@Work Portal to manage sponsored research projects. The course is designed to provide a demonstration on running reports relevant to faculty support, project management, and project closeout. Please come prepared with a few WBSE’s, a BFR, and the DUID of a faculty member you support in order to run reports for your own codes and faculty if time allows. Required Prerequisites: the original University Reporting: Sponsored Projects (no longer offered) or the newer virtual Sponsored Projects Reporting: Master Data Building Blocks and at least one other reporting course in the series of Sponsored Projects Reporting virtual classes, like Organizational Big Picture or ZFR1E Super Report courses. Financial Services charges a $100 no show fee for participants who cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for class. The fee will be charged to the participant's default cost center.
