Level: Intermediate Duration: 4.0 hours No-Show Fee: $100 Description: This two-day course will discuss the spending of sponsored project award funds in a compliant manner. This course will focus on allocating expenses, allowability, allocability & reasonableness (AAR), making adjustments in SAP, rebudgeting sponsored funds, the CAS process and applying appropriate sponsor policies and procedures. Access to the ZF418 tool in SAP is strongly recommended since learners complete cost transfers in class using the ZF418 tool in SAP’s test environment. The course includes an assessment (quiz) and evaluation. Those participants that pass the assessment with at least an 80% will earn 1 continuing education credit towards the RCC annual continuing education requirement.
