Loading the Syringe
To load a syringe:
- Open the syringe barrel clamp.
- Raise the drive head to its fully extended position by twisting the
gripper control clockwise.
- Insert the syringe (from the front of the instrument) by sliding
the flat edge of the syringe barrel flange between the barrel flange
grippers.
- Lock the syringe in place by closing the barrel clamp.
- Lower the drive head and lock the plunger in place with the plunger
grippers.
